The foundation primarily has an invitation-only application process and invites proposals from potential grantees based on priorities and criteria set by the foundation’s Trustees.
We do not accept unsolicited letters of inquiry or proposals, but program staff is happy to actively engage with actors within the thematic field in which we are funding.
The foundation normally has two grant cycles per year. We may not necessarily fund in all our program areas in any cycle.
Applicants who have been invited to submit a Letter of Inquiry or Full Proposal should follow the specific application format outlined below.

Report
Grantee reports are an essential aspect of VKRF’s effort to monitor, evaluate and learn from funded projects. Grantees should follow the specific guidelines to submit their Reports, unless otherwise noted by the VKRF staff.
