Governance

The V. Kann Rasmussen Foundation Board of Trustees is responsible for all executive management. It devises strategies and guidelines for the Foundation’s funding activities, finances, investments, and organization, including long-term undertakings and development. The Board makes the final decisions on all applications for funding. When possible, investments are sought in corporations that favor the protection of the environment and that implement long-term, environmentally sustainable practices.
